Armed Sports® Performance is a sport-specific Training Center that lasts all year long. Armed Sports® makes training convenient, training sessions start every hour on the hour. Choose any time of the day. Unlimited, monthly personalized training is available for every athlete, regardless of his/her skill level. From the youth athlete trying to make the team to the high school athlete working to earn a scholarship, our flexible training schedule is easily adaptable to every person’s bust life.

The Armed Sports® Performance Acceleration program will improve our member’s over-all athletic performance and most definitely their speed. Our Acceleration program is designed to focus on the key dimensions of Speed and the mechanics of running. This program, while not sport-specific, will deliver improvements in overall speed, full body strength and conditioning for balance and stability. Delivered in a small group setting, Super Treadmill Training at Armed Sports® Performance, is a convenient and affordable way to improve overall fitness and develop the athleticism to excel in your chosen sports.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, 1-on-1 training with our team of professional and elite level athletes, will assist in providing breakthrough results. 1-on-1 training requires advance appointments and are most effective when combined with our Package Programs.
TRAIN LIKE A PRO, STAY ARMED
Private 1-on-1 training lessons are a great way to improve on the field. Armed Sports® Performance athletes show substantial improvement on their sports when they get sport specific training. Individualized private lessons are available for many sports including football, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, tennis and soccer.
PRIVATE SPORTS TRAINING ON YOUR SCHEDULE
1-on-1 training allows athletes to concentrate on specific skills required to make it to the next level. Typically, 1-on-1 sports training sessions are scheduled for a full hour. These sessions must be scheduled in advance with your specific trainer.
